What do I do? .....
On the simplest level; I get to know what each investor is looking for in my group. Some know exactly what investment projects they are looking for, and some simply know exactly what traits, skills, assets or track record they are looking for, within a successful real estate planning and development team. Some investors know both.
Then through my extensive pool of development team partnerships, I help select the right match for both the developer and Investor, on their investment journey. My job from here is to help guide both the team and investor throughout the entire life-span of that journey.
De-risking; thorough risk management and analytics is my focus, and the same de-risk models that I have brought to the largest Blue Chip companies as a consultant, and my own business profit streams, I now bring through all my partnership projects.
